Frank A. Garcia started in the insurance business as a MetLife Career Agent in 1991, after extensive training and dedication he wrote and serviced over 500 family individual polices and over 100 group health insurance businesses. In 1997 he decided to open his own firm and founded United Insurance & Financial (UIF). Mr. Garcia has written and services businesses from 10 to 1000 enrolled employees and in 2014 he had a conference call from the White House with then Vice-President and now President Joe Biden in regards to Healthcare in the United States.
